These scholarships are offered in caring memory of Lisa Fenn Gordenstein.

We are committed to ensuring that your financial circumstances are not an obstacle to accessing the comprehensive programs and services offered by
RESOLVE of New England.

Applying for a Scholarship
Financial assistance from our Lisa Fenn Gordenstein scholarship program is available to cover the cost of household membership AND/OR the cost to attend our full-day programs (Adoption or Donor Egg Seminars, or our Annual Conference) or our half-day program (Beyond Infertility Treatment: What's Next).


Please follow these instructions carefully.

Step 1.  Scholarships for RESOLVE of New England Membership: If you are already a member, please skip this step. If you are interested in becoming a member of RESOLVE of New England, and enjoying a full year of membership benefits, please indicate Household Membership on the form below.

Step 2.  Scholarships to Attend a Full- or Half-Day Program: Members and non-members should indicate which program you would like to attend on the form AND also submit the completed Registration Form for the program you specify.

Step 3.
 Submitting the Form: Please enter your information in the spaces provided below, print out the form, and fax or mail it to our office. Be sure to sign and date your application.

  When you apply for the Gordenstein scholarship to cover program attendance, please check below the amount you are requesting, which best applies to your situation:

I require a 50% scholarship to cover registration fees. (Please also submit your program registration form with 50% payment.)

I require a 100% scholarship to cover registration fees.
   
I attest that my/our financial circumstances are such that I/we require financial assistance in order to attend the above-indicated RESOLVE of New England program and/or to become a member of RESOLVE of New England.
